Rachel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes through evidence-based behavioral support. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from East Carolina University in 2019, then her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Graduate Certificate in Autism from Ball State University 2021. Rachel is passionate about advocating for individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. She values building strong relationships with families and care teams to create individualized treatment plans that help each person thrive. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her three dogs, participating in recreational sports around town, reading, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
