Josie Glasgow, MA, BCBA

Josie is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who joined the BBC team in January 2022. Josie graduated with a master’s degree in Psychology, focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December 2021. Josie previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician in Charlotte, NC providing direct ABA services to children in their homes. During graduate school, her focus remained on skill acquisition, and her research was centered on habit-reversal, specifically, reducing face-touching behavior relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic. Josie completed a six-month internship at Murdoch Developmental Center in Butner, NC serving the adult population, then returned to Wilmington to pursue her career providing consultative ABA services to adults with IDD/autism. Josie is very passionate about the work she does, the people she serves, and being an active member of her community.
